Our Process

1) The Estimate

When you first contact ProFix, we'll schedule a preliminary meeting with one of our estimators to go over the project details and get a sense of your needs and wants.

Within three days, you'll have an itemized estimate in your inbox.

If the estimate is in your budget, let us know, and after signing a written contract and getting a deposit, we would move on to the design stage.

2) The Design


This is the stage where you finalize your finishings - the colours, patterns, and style choices of your materials - and also where we go over important details like timeline and the scope of work.

3) The Renovation

Now that you've chosen what you want, it's time to get down to business.

Our renovation sites are clean, safe, and done to the highest quality possible, with a team that is warm and welcoming.

You'll get your very own dedicated project manager who will be in constant communication with you through out every step of the project.

We live by the philosophy of doing it right.

4) The Walk-through

Once the renovation is complete, we'll do a final walk-through with you.

We'll do a deep clean and take care of any final finishings.

And when we leave your door, you can rest assured that you're backed by our warranty - should we leave your house and you discover anything that needs to be corrected to your liking, we'll come right back to get it done.
